Product Questions

Most of the products have an average shelf life of three months from the day they were packed. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.

The main allergens in our facility are eggs, wheat flour, milk and coconut flakes. You may find the allergens associated with every product at our “Our Products” page or contact us to received a more detailed ingredient list.

The products can be stored at room  temperature, preferably in a cold and dry environment. 

All of our products use sugar, however, special requirements can be made tailored to your needs. Reach out to us to discuss how we can tailor our production to your needs. Minimum purchase required for such change in our products is one batch.

Absolutely! You can pick up your order directly from us at 133 W 22nd St, Hialeah, FL 33010. We are accepting pick ups Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm

The policy of not returning food products is primarily based on health and safety concerns. Once a food product has left the store or establishment and is in the possession of a customer, there is a risk that the product may have been tampered with, contaminated, or improperly stored.
